Good ole boy and millionaire sports mogul Tom Hicks is not exactly flavour of the month in Liverpool — or back home in the lone star state.
Fans of the Liverpool coowner’s Texas Rangers baseball team are being urged to sign a petition ‘to voice displeasure with Tom Hicks’.
Rangers supporters are fed up with the owner filling his pockets while his team struggle on the diamond.
The web page urging fans to sign the petition says: ‘The team’s 2007 performance shows continued decline with no hope in sight for a championship season . . .’
